Prosciutto di Parma, prosciutto crudo San Daniele, cooked ham, bresaola, mortadella (plain and with pistachio), Porchetta di Ariccia IGP, coppa, capocollo, guanciale, lardo, 'nduja di Spilinga, and salami — Milano, Napoli, spianata piccante and more. Sliced to order.
Parmigiano and Grana Padano DOP, pecorino romano, gorgonzola, provolone (dolce and piccante), caciocavallo, Piave Vecchio, primo sale, caprino, and fresh burrata, buffalo mozzarella and stracciatella. Ask for a taste — we're happy to cut a sliver.
Italian pasta from La Molisana, Rustichella d'Abruzzo and Mulino di Angelica, plus sundried tomatoes, olives, artichokes, Italian and Maltese honey, and Italian coffee (Caffè Borbone, Dolce Gusto).
